Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, refunds will not be issued once work has begun, time has been reserved, or resources have been allocated.
Failure to submit required information or communicate in a timely manner does not qualify for a refund.

Glitter Designs reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, websites, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
Services may involve third-party platforms, tools, or integrations. Glitter Designs is not responsible for outages, updates, or changes made by third-party providers.
Glitter Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms or engages in abusive, unethical, or inappropriate behavior.
Termination does not entitle the client to a refund.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
